held by the applicant is not general knowledge
held throughout the industry, but that it is
truly unique.

employee will be working at a work site other
than your contracting company, its subsidiary,
parent, or affiliate. If so, please provide us
with the name and address of the off-site
employer. Also describe how and by whom the
beneficiary’s work will be supervised and
controlled. Explain why placement at an off-site
work facility is necessary and how the
employee’s specialized knowledge will be used.

applicant possesses knowledge of a product or
process that cannot be easily transferred or
taught to another individual. Describe WHY this
knowledge cannot be easily transferred to
another individual.

For example, did he take classes or on-the-job
training courses? If so, please provide dates
and titles of each training course completed.

What is the minimum amount of
time required to train a person to work in the
position that you want the applicant to fill?

currently employ in the U.S. in a position
similar to the one offered to the applicant? Do
you offer training classes to those US workers
to allow them to adequately perform the same job
duties? If available, please provide documentary
evidence of training program.

job duties in relation to the proposed duties in
the U.S. position. How did the job overseas
equip the client for the job here? How does the
job overseas make the client absolutely
necessary for the position here?

example, has he worked on major lucrative

possesses distinguish him from those with only
elementary or basic knowledge? Give examples
that show he is advanced compared to his peers
